    @glassbreakz22 Traktor Routing – Deck A (Output 1/2) – Deck B (Output 3/4) – Ableton you can either share Output 3/4 (if you have a 2 channel mixer), or you can use Output 5/6 or Output 7&8 (or both!) for Ableton.

    Hey I’ve been having problems running the two…. Everything works as planned EXCEPT theres no audio coming into ableton from Traktor any help would be nice

    @dvillalta Thats a whole seperate subject, which I will be covering in future videos. This is just how to get the programs in sync. You can share the same audio output with both programs for now. You can use soundflower to route the audio from Traktor into Ableton

    @DeeJayEndo I realized that right after I posted it. I know you said you’d post it on future vids but I’m so closeand it would be a great help… I have audio in ableton, the two programs are synced, the only thing I can’t figure out is where I route my cue monitors??? Thanks a lot man,

    How can i record my set through ableton after i done all this? i know it records the ableton audio but not from traktor.

    And say i have a traktor template for my launchpad but once i sync traktor to ableton i cant use the launchpad on traktor only on ableton

    My ableton has YELLOW ‘ext’ and the same color blinking spot and the bpm allways moving +- 1 unit. What would be a problem ? i use my traktor in internal mode with internal soundcard.

    This is a perfect tutorial, for those who would like to use live effects on traktors audio just download soundflower and your done….Ive tryied it and works 100% perfect! Just having some trouble with Live…I have to keep adjusting the midi clock delay almost every 3 minute because it drifts away , any help??

    @lai2k10 Don’t change the MIDI clock sync delay. Just beat the heck out of the Sync Button in Traktor’s Master Clock. Unfortunately Traktor’s MIDI clock can be a little unstable, so you just have to re-sync it. Keep the MIDI clock sync delay the same always. By the way, I think 14ms works better than 17 as I said in the video.

    @Ndoor378 that is normal. its a combination of a cosmetic bug in ableton’s master clock (which means the BPM actually isn’t drifting that much), and traktor’s MIDI clock being a bit unstable.

    @DeeJayEndo Thx! Do you have any idea that how can I send audio from traktor to ableton? I would like to use ableton effects while i mix in traktor. Both program run on 1 mac. I dont have a xone92 or anything like that and a pro 4channel soundcard-cause money- so unfortunately its not a solve. Is there any PROGRAM or Plugin that fix my problem? I know the question doesnt connect to the topic but I think maybe you know the answer.

    @NJSF20 I trying to use a normal 2 (out) channel usb soundcard (traktor use) to send audio to the internal soundcard ( input0/1). In ableton the first audio block receive the traktor sound (Unfortunately is Master) and i set up the ableton preferences to use my internal soundcard output. Continue…

    @NJSF20 This is NOT the best solution even…
    I figured out how can i effect A or B channel with ableton( in excellent sound quallity) but it has to be a 4 channel soundcard which is not so cheap. Personally im waiting a virtual solution. But in sound quallity hardware better than sofware. thats a fact :(

    @cazcoronel there isn’t an external routing on the s4 preferences. ive been trying to figure that out too. but its not syncing. someone should do a tutorial on that
